Peter Perisin served as our buyers’ agent but he was also the agent for the seller. At first we wondered whether he could represent us fairly and strongly since he was a dual agent. Our concerns were unwarranted. When it came to price, he went to bat for us. When the inspection revealed that various repairs were needed, he made sure that every one was completed. When the seller became concerned about delays in the sale of our home (we purchased on contingency), Peter communicated with the seller in detail and calmed the waters. Throughout the process, he was extremely responsive, even outside of office hours, and addressed issues with clarity and concern. We were out of state buyers so Peter became our eyes at the property. Again, he would stop by the property whenever a concern arose. He even stopped by one time to make sure a package prematurely delivered was placed safely inside the home. We found his local knowledge to be everything we would expect and his demeanor was always graciousness. As they say in the UK, “Well done, well done indeed!“

In general the brokerage should be a bit more focused on getting the best possible starting point for the property pricing and a bit less on the quicker sale. All in all the process went quite well with Pete being very attentive, informative, respectful and accommodating especially in recommendations for repairs!
